Graduated from L'Università di Scienze Gastronomiche (Slow Food) in Piedmont Italy. And who after his experience as a collaborator of the Slow Wine Guide, and working in renowned wineries in Piemonte; would go on to work for several years for Michelin restaurants (Relæ, Brace) in the city of Copenhagen, one of the favorite gastronomic destinations of experts in haute cuisine and culinary experimentation. At present he is dedicated to private consultations for various High-end Restaurants and the research, promotion, and distribution of natural and organic wines; being one of the pioneers in the revolution of the perception of the Iberian & Georgian Wine in the Nordic countries. As well as a standard-bearer in the discovery and support of small producers, with revolutionary, sustainable methods from undervalued countries in the wine tradition, but with thousands of years in production.
