Felix Got a gold star by Star wine list 2021.

The best wine lists in Denmark were crowned during Star Wine List of the Year Denmark 2021 on 13 September, at a live event during the Danish sommelier championship – and online. In the category Best Medium-Sized List , category that recognises the best wine list with 200-600 listings. Felix Chamorro Won for his work for the restaurant BRACE. "The idea is to show the diversity of the wine world, there are plenty of stuff to discover," said Felix Chamorro on stage in Copenhagen when Brace received the award from Krister Bengtsson, Star Wine List's founder and publisher.

The good reception of our costumers and an initial idea for opening a space to gather finally becomes real. With constant events, tastings, bbq, live music, and an interesting menu of snacks, seasonal dishes, cocktails, beers and wine. In order to cover main areas of the city Roots opened a new vin butik at Østerbro, offering the neighbours and constant passerby a great selection of wines, foods and experiences.

2021 Started full of surprises and new adventures. The second Roots Shop Butik opened at the area of Sydhavn with a beautiful location near to the water and with great spaces to gather all seasons. For the beginning of the summer the shop will be working as a bar offering a nice curated menu and the best of our wines by the glass.Private events , like tastings and celebrations can be also be booked.

Openning ROOTS VIN BUTIK .

As a joint venture initiative, FuCo opened the first shop. Roots Vin Butik, at Nørrebro one of the most recognised gentrified neighbourhoods in the world. offering the best of FuCo products including Low-intervention wines, organic charcuterie, cheeses and fine olive oils. The shop offers a cozy place for etusiasts, connocieurs, amateurs and winelovers. Altogether with the webshop Fuco Store. FuCo Wine follow his work of spreding the knoledge and good practices about responsable consumption.

Introducing grappa

Now FuCo offers too Grappa, Vermouth and trademark Specialties by the traditional and recognizd Distilleria Gualco. An 8 generation family business that started back in 1870, producing all their product with careful and own methods that have been develop by the family.There are three fundamental types of grappa; young, aged, and aromatized. But, aside from grappa, the Gualco distillery is also renowned for its production of liqueurs of the finest quality, many of them grappa-based.
